  <description>didnt make it to the internet last night, so hopefully ill remember what i ate yesterday:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast: blueberry heart healthy oatmeal&lt;br /&gt;lunch: sush, edamame dumplings, mt dew&lt;br /&gt;dinner: sausage pizza, salad w/ a little ranch dressing, maybe a tbsp, diet coke&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 2/3 i think i could&apos;ve done better, but i didn&apos;t do terribly&lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 1/3 took a long walk &lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2 (48/64) still working on this.&lt;br /&gt;Challenge: 0/2 is work a challenge? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast: oatmeal, tea&lt;br /&gt;lunch: mozerella/tomato panini, salad w/oil+balsamic vinegar&lt;br /&gt;dinner: lean cuisine chicken basil cream sauce w/pasta and vegetables&lt;br /&gt;snack: iced soy vanilla latte&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 3/3 not finished with the day yet&lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 0/3 worked a 12 hr shift today. EXCUSES EXCUSES.&lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2 (32/64) still working on this.&lt;br /&gt;Challenge: 0/2 is work a challenge?</description>

  <description>yesterday i ate some apple slices w/caramel dip and some veggies and the spinach dip. i was moderate though.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today, it took ten years to get out of bed and by the time i got home, i had turned into a zombie!! OMG&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast: chili couscous soup thing. i know it&apos;s gross, but all i had was that or oatmeal and i didnt feel like eating oatmeal!! and a mountain dew!&lt;br /&gt;lunch: jimmy john&apos;s italian night club sandwich. bad news. plus a coke.&lt;br /&gt;dinner: lean cuisine chicken parmasean+lasagna (just one combo dinner); golden delicious apple w/2tbsp peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 0/3 not finished with the day yet&lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 0/3 &lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2 (32/64) still working on this.&lt;br /&gt;Challenge: 0/2 is work a challenge?</description>

  <description>did some more cleaning today, but i&apos;ve noticed that i&apos;ve been so worn out this week. maybe i&apos;m getting sick. i went to the gym this morning, and ate right after i got back. i&apos;m trying to eat more protien right after my workout:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;brunch: eggwhite/fatfree cheese/turkey/ffmayo/wheat bun sandwich; iced vanilla soy latte&lt;br /&gt;dinner: sweet potato w/dash of butter and soymilk&lt;br /&gt;snack: golden delicious apple w/2tbsp peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 2/3 not finished with the day yet&lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 3/3 &lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2 (16/64) still working on this.&lt;br /&gt;Challenge: 0/2 did a lot of sleeping instead of working!</description>

  <description>i worked out for 30 minutes and walked to and from the gym and then i walked around andersonville and cleaned the heck out of my house&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for breakfast: i ate lunch right after i worked out, because i woke up late.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for lunch: challah sandwich: tofurkey/tomato/lettuce/mustard/cheese. . maybe mayo? im not sure/ a few baked chips; soy vanilla latte&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for snack: soy sugar-free vanilla latte; apple&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for dinner: 3 leftover whole wheat ravioli from last night; lemon mint water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 2/3 two soy lattes. yikes&lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 3/3 &lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2 (32/64) boo.&lt;br /&gt;Challenge: 2/2 did a lot of sorting, folding, ironing, and putting away. not done yet!</description>

  <description>two days of bad chinese food. my car is fixed, so i&apos;m ready to start for real. i went to the grocery store yesterday and loaded up on fruits and veggies. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i worked out for 30 minutes and walked to and from the gym&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for breakfast: egg white omelette/apple + 1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter; glass of sugar free cran/grape cocktail.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for lunch: 7 grain bread/turkey/fat free cheese/wasabi mayo; juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for dinner: salad w/green onion, red/green pepper 1 tbsp dressing; whole wheat basil, tomato, moz ravioli w/ arriabiata sauce; lemon/mint water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;28 days points: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food: 3/3 &lt;br /&gt;Exercise: 3/3 &lt;br /&gt;Water: 1/2 (32/64) still working on this. day isn&apos;t over yet!&lt;br /&gt;Challenge: 2/2  cleaned all of kitchen and bathroom working on more</description>

  <description>i just returned from vacation, so today isn&apos;t perfect. friends are coming into town next week, too, so i&apos;m a little scared about that. i was going to wait until after they left, but something&apos;s always getting in the way, so i might as well make a huge attempt now to get jumpstarted, anyway. i&apos;m going to get started on the 28-day plan (&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.livejournal.com/community/28dayshealthier/&quot;&gt;http://www.livejournal.com/community/28dayshealthier/&lt;/a&gt;) a little later. maybe november 1. things are a bit rough right now, since i can&apos;t drive to the grocery store til wednesday when my car gets fixed. anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;today i met my friend for lunch and i had a grilled cheese sandwich and an iced tea.&lt;br /&gt;i had a mountain dew on the plane.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;this weekend, we made lemon mint water, and i&apos;m going to try to make some of that once i&apos;m able to go to the grocery store. maybe i&apos;ll have a turkey sandwich today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i got home and weighed myself. 142. the scale keeps saying 4 instead of 0, though. i think it&apos;s broken. either that, or i weigh 138. i&apos;m not sure. i&apos;ve got to weigh myself at the gym in a couple of weeks, so i&apos;ll know the correct amount soon enough. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i think i&apos;m going to start dancing around my apartment more. i know the winter is going to eat away at my going-to-the-gym spirit.</description>
