didnt make it to the internet last night, so hopefully ill remember what i ate yesterday:
breakfast: blueberry heart healthy oatmeal lunch: sush, edamame dumplings, mt dew dinner: sausage pizza, salad w/ a little ranch dressing, maybe a tbsp, diet coke
Food: 2/3 i think i could've done better, but i didn't do terribly Exercise: 1/3 took a long walk Water: 1/2 (48/64) still working on this. Challenge: 0/2 is work a challenge?
breakfast: oatmeal, tea lunch: mozerella/tomato panini, salad w/oil+balsamic vinegar dinner: lean cuisine chicken basil cream sauce w/pasta and vegetables snack: iced soy vanilla latte
Food: 3/3 not finished with the day yet Exercise: 0/3 worked a 12 hr shift today. EXCUSES EXCUSES. Water: 1/2 (32/64) still working on this. Challenge: 0/2 is work a challenge?

yesterday i ate some apple slices w/caramel dip and some veggies and the spinach dip. i was moderate though.
today, it took ten years to get out of bed and by the time i got home, i had turned into a zombie!! OMG
breakfast: chili couscous soup thing. i know it's gross, but all i had was that or oatmeal and i didnt feel like eating oatmeal!! and a mountain dew! lunch: jimmy john's italian night club sandwich. bad news. plus a coke. dinner: lean cuisine chicken parmasean+lasagna (just one combo dinner); golden delicious apple w/2tbsp peanut butter

did some more cleaning today, but i've noticed that i've been so worn out this week. maybe i'm getting sick. i went to the gym this morning, and ate right after i got back. i'm trying to eat more protien right after my workout:
brunch: eggwhite/fatfree cheese/turkey/ffmayo/wheat bun sandwich; iced vanilla soy latte dinner: sweet potato w/dash of butter and soymilk snack: golden delicious apple w/2tbsp peanut butter
Food: 2/3 not finished with the day yet Exercise: 3/3 Water: 1/2 (16/64) still working on this. Challenge: 0/2 did a lot of sleeping instead of working!

i worked out for 30 minutes and walked to and from the gym and then i walked around andersonville and cleaned the heck out of my house
for breakfast: i ate lunch right after i worked out, because i woke up late.
for lunch: challah sandwich: tofurkey/tomato/lettuce/mustard/cheese. . maybe mayo? im not sure/ a few baked chips; soy vanilla latte
for snack: soy sugar-free vanilla latte; apple
for dinner: 3 leftover whole wheat ravioli from last night; lemon mint water
Food: 2/3 two soy lattes. yikes Exercise: 3/3 Water: 1/2 (32/64) boo. Challenge: 2/2 did a lot of sorting, folding, ironing, and putting away. not done yet!

two days of bad chinese food. my car is fixed, so i'm ready to start for real. i went to the grocery store yesterday and loaded up on fruits and veggies.
i worked out for 30 minutes and walked to and from the gym
for breakfast: egg white omelette/apple + 1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter; glass of sugar free cran/grape cocktail.
for lunch: 7 grain bread/turkey/fat free cheese/wasabi mayo; juice
for dinner: salad w/green onion, red/green pepper 1 tbsp dressing; whole wheat basil, tomato, moz ravioli w/ arriabiata sauce; lemon/mint water
28 days points:
Food: 3/3 Exercise: 3/3 Water: 1/2 (32/64) still working on this. day isn't over yet! Challenge: 2/2 cleaned all of kitchen and bathroom working on more

i just returned from vacation, so today isn't perfect. friends are coming into town next week, too, so i'm a little scared about that. i was going to wait until after they left, but something's always getting in the way, so i might as well make a huge attempt now to get jumpstarted, anyway. i'm going to get started on the 28-day plan (http://www.livejournal.com/community/28dayshealthier/) a little later. maybe november 1. things are a bit rough right now, since i can't drive to the grocery store til wednesday when my car gets fixed. anyway.
today i met my friend for lunch and i had a grilled cheese sandwich and an iced tea. i had a mountain dew on the plane.
this weekend, we made lemon mint water, and i'm going to try to make some of that once i'm able to go to the grocery store. maybe i'll have a turkey sandwich today.
i got home and weighed myself. 142. the scale keeps saying 4 instead of 0, though. i think it's broken. either that, or i weigh 138. i'm not sure. i've got to weigh myself at the gym in a couple of weeks, so i'll know the correct amount soon enough.
i think i'm going to start dancing around my apartment more. i know the winter is going to eat away at my going-to-the-gym spirit.
